It's so strange; Parker and I were just discussing Owen Wilson yesterday, rather his upcoming feature with Wes Anderson, The Darjeeling Limited, and then today I read that he attempted suicide. Crazy. Wish Hansel the best and a speedy recovery.

I don't buy it, and anyway, CNN is not reporting it as a suicide attempt yet, so I don't have to believe it. Eli Cash wasn't trying to off himself. It would be too meta for him to recreate the opening scene of The Royal Tennenbaums like that.
I think this is all a ploy so that we remember there is also an Andrew Wilson, who saves his brothers, and is ready for his starring role in Anderson's next flick.

Whatever happened to Owen, sounds pretty tragic. I think I read somewhere that Luke was the rescuer but maybe it was Andrew.
